Ticket Redemption: To redeem your ticket, visit the ticketing office at the Avenues at Atlantis to receive your wristband, which you can use to enter the attraction. Important things to know before your visit

Weather Dependency: The Dubai Balloon at Atlantis can reach heights of up to 300m and may be canceled due to weather conditions, with the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
Flight Duration: Each flight lasts 10 minutes, but plan for additional time due to safety briefings, loading, unloading, and queues.
Dress Code: Casual clothing is recommended, including shorts, t-shirts, and dresses. Swimming attire permitted if visiting Aquaventure Waterpark.
Accessibility: Wheelchairs and strollers are accommodated; request assistance from ground crew. Must have a braking system. Complimentary on-site wheelchairs available.
Ticket Redemption: Obtain wristbands at the Avenues at Atlantis ticketing office to access the attraction.
Children Policy: Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult 18 or older. Infants under three receive a complimentary ticket with a valid adult ticket.
Proof of Age: Proof of age required for child and infant ticket redemption.
Operating Hours: The Dubai Balloon at Atlantis operates daily from Morning: 6 AM to 9 AM | Evening: 8 PM to Midnight with flexible ticket redemption within these hours, weather permitting.
