Visitors are not allowed to bring food or beverages, glassware, or alcohol into the premises.
Please carry a valid photo ID with you.
Kids under 14 should be accompanied by an adult older than 16 years.

Important things to know before your visit

For safety reasons, children under the age of 2 are not permitted inside Snow Oman
Due to safety measures, please note that the Snow Bullet is limited to a maximum weight capacity of 100 kg.
Children under 14 must always be accompanied by an adult
Helmets must be worn by any guests that are under 13 years old
Cameras or phones are not allowed inside the Penguin Encounter Area
To enter the ice rink, guests must be at least 1.20 meters tall
